You can enjoy peace of mind working with RE/MAX, the industry leader in experience and service.

As my Buyer's Agent, what will you do for me?

First of all I can provide you with FULL ACCESS to this site which will be a big benefit to both of us as it allows me to share all the tools of my business.

It will be my responsibility to represent the sole interests of you, the buyer. This includes searching for a home, negotiating the best price, and handling all the details of the purchased property. As your Buyer's Agent, I will provide you with personal access to confidential MLS information via this website. Plus, I will:

1. Provide you with information regarding all properties:
Listed with our Real Estate Board on line at your convenience.
Including bank sales, For Sale by Owner, and expired listings.
Complete, daily searches of homes appropriate to your needs and budget.
Complete access to all secure areas of our site
Instant Notification On All New Properties

2. Assist you, upon request, in obtaining the best available services, including but not limited to:
Lawyers
Mortgages
Building inspectors and appraisers
Movers
Surveyors

3. Advise prospective sellers or their brokerages that I'm representing and negotiating on behalf of you the buyer.

4. At all times, demonstrate accomplished, professional conduct for the most pleasant real estate experience.

5. Unless limited by the acknowledgement of 'Dual Agency', exercise fiduciary duties in favor of the buyers, including loyalty, obedience, competence, confidentiality, accountability and disclosure.

6. How am I paid?
Here's the good news. The services of a buyer's agent are usually free to the buyer, as the buyer's agent is normally paid by the seller's agent (i.e. the company with the listing of the home being sold). In this typical real estate transaction there is no cost to the buyer for realtor services. Your representation is secured, with no additional costs.

Here is just a few Home Buyer Tips that I share on my website.

Shop for mortgage rates and terms
A difference of even half a percentage point can make a huge difference in how much you pay over the life of a loan. For example, the difference in the monthly payment on a $100,000 mortgage at 8 percent vs. 7.5 percent is about $35 per month. Over 30 years, that's $12,600.

Rate the houses you tour
After touring each home, write down what you liked and didn't like. Develop a rating system which will help you narrow the field down to the house that's the best for you.

Home Buyer Services

Prequalify for a Loan
Being prequalified for a loan determines how much house you can afford. It also allows you to move more swiftly when you find the right house, especially when you aren't the only interested buyer.

Using a Buyer Agent
A buyer agent is legally responsible for representing the buyer's interest in a real estate transaction. Generally, the buyer agent is compensated by the seller at the time you purchase a new home. There are some limitations to using a buyer agent, however. Before you decide, let Justin Kiliszek explain the advantages and disadvantages of using a buyer agent.

Features that Help or Hurt Resale Value
In some areas, a swimming pool can actually detract from your home's value and makes it harder to sell. In neighborhoods with two-car, attached garages, a single-car or detached garage may impact the home sale and future value. Justin Kiliszek can point out features that hurt, as well as those which help the resale value of a property.
